Visitor Procedures and Safety Policies at NANTA S.A

Purpose

At NANTA S.A., ensuring the safety and security of our associates, visitors, and property is of utmost importance. To maintain a secure environment and restrict access to authorized personnel only, we have implemented the following policies and procedures.

 To this end, they must be kept under watch and signed in after payment of EUR 285 as a visitation fee per person to come.

Policy & Procedures

1. Off-Duty Associates

During their off-duty hours, associates are strictly prohibited from accessing the interior of the facility and other working areas.

2. Visitors

All non-associates present on NANTA S.A. premises must obtain a visitor pass issued by the appropriate administrative associate or receptionist.

  • All visitors are required to sign in and out upon entering and leaving the facility.
  • A dated visitor’s pass will be provided to each visitor, which must be returned to the issuing party upon departure.
  • Unauthorized visitors without a valid pass will be kindly asked to leave until a pass can be obtained.

3. Suppliers, Contractors, Delivery Personnel

Non-associates such as suppliers, contractors, and delivery personnel must also acquire a visitor or contractor pass from the appropriate administrative associate or receptionist, unless the following exceptions apply:

  • Truck drivers can use their bill of lading as a valid form of identification. However, they are not permitted outside their designated areas of pickup and delivery unless accompanied by an authorized associate.
  • Delivery personnel from trusted services like UPS, Federal Express, etc, can make deliveries to the designated areas without a badge or pass, as long as they remain within the normal pickup or delivery zones.
  • Individuals entering NANTA S.A grounds solely for the purpose of dropping off or picking up individuals are not allowed to leave their vehicles unless they have been provided with an appropriate pass.

Safety

The safety of all associates and non-associates within NANTA S.A premises or company vehicles is of paramount importance. Therefore, everyone is expected to comply with all safety rules, regulations, and policies while on company property or in company vehicles.
